All Protein Bar Sales are Final – Exceptions for Damaged Items Only
We do not accept returns or exchanges on protein bars, as all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to make it right.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email info@waronsugar.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
- Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was received damaged.
